What happened?

On or about August 8, 2024, OPPC detected unauthorized activity on its network. After an investigation, it was discovered that some individual’s personal information was obtained during the incident. This personal information may have included names, residence information, medical records, diagnosis, prescription details, and Social Security numbers. Up to 800,000 people have been affected by this data breach.
