What happened?
On or about May 13, 2024, Landmark discovered unusual activity on its network. An investigation was launched, and during that investigation, on June 17, 2024, the unauthorized actor again gained access to Landmark’s network. Some personal data may have been obtained in this data breach, including name, address, Social Security number, driver’s license number/state-issued identification card number, passport number, bank account and routing number, health insurance policy number, and date of birth. Up to 806,519 people have been affected by this data breach.
