What happened
On or about February 12, 2024, Consulting Radiologists discovered suspicious activity on its network. On April 17, 2024, Consulting Radiologists identified the personal information was accessed by intruders. This personal information included names, addresses, dates of birth, Social Security Numbers, and medical information. The total number of individuals affected by this breach is up to 511,947.
