The Class Action Complaint alleges that Bostik has failed to properly pay employees for time spent dressing in their PPE prior to their shifts and removing this equipment after the end of their shifts. Bostik also requires employees to work long shifts without properly allowing employees to take scheduled meal and rest breaks.
