Protecting the Rights of Consumers, Employees and Investors Nationwide

Edelson Lechtzin LLP is a national class action law firm based in suburban Philadelphia. Our experienced team of attorneys is dedicated to protecting the rights of consumers, employees and businesses in collective litigation in cases involving anticompetitive business practices, ERISA retirement plans, unpaid wages and overtime claims, consumer fraud, and federal securities fraud litigation across the country.

In most cases we represent our clients on a contingent fee basis, meaning we don’t get paid unless your case settles or you win at trial. Our clients run the gamut from individual consumers and investors to large institutions.

As lead counsel in numerous class actions, we routinely take on some of the largest companies in the world. Whether in state or federal court, we know what it takes to be successful in complex litigation.

The Complaint alleges that these practices violate the federal Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”) and the Kentucky Wages and Hours Act (“KWHA”).
